On July 31, 2020, Wuhan Haokelao Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. officially established its office in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, marking the beginning of its factory-direct foreign trade business. At the start-up stage, we built a core business team of 4 members, all with in-depth experience in the eco-friendly disposable tableware industry.
With years of experience in disposable food packaging, the founding team quickly understood what overseas buyers were really looking for: stable quality, fast communication, and reliable delivery.
In the same year, Haokelao settled on two leading B2B platforms, Alibaba.com and Made-in-China.com. Adopting a “factory-direct, source-controlled” model, we began offering eco-friendly disposable packaging products such as paper cups and bowls to clients worldwide, taking the first step in our global expansion.
Driven by the rapid growth of foreign trade business, Haokelao simultaneously established its self-owned production base in Dongshan Tou, Dongxihu District, Wuhan. Covering a total area of 10,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with 150 sets advanced automated production lines for paper cups and bowls, forming a full-chain production system from raw material procurement, manufacturing, quality inspection to packaging.
This layout not only enabled Haokelao to close the loop from “order receiving” to “in-house production”, but also built our core competitive advantages over pure trading companies: stable production capacity, cost control, and fast delivery. It provided a solid foundation for serving global clients in the years to come, making our “factory-direct” promise a reality.
