To enrich employees’ cultural life and enhance team cohesion and collaboration awareness, Haokelao organized all staff to participate in an outdoor team building event at Liangzi Lake on August 15th.
A variety of well arranged activities were held, including outdoor barbecue, group fun competitions, grape picking and handicraft experiences. All participants took an active part in each session. Colleagues communicated freely over the barbecue, built team spirit through group games, enjoyed grape picking in the orchard and relaxed themselves in handicraft workshops.
Surrounded by the pleasant natural scenery of Liangzi Lake, employees eased work pressure and strengthened mutual bonds. The event demonstrated the positive and progressive spirit of Haokelao team, promoted cross department communication, consolidated joint force, and motivated all staff to devote themselves to future work with higher morale.
